The pen injector delivers a precise subcutaneous dose via a dial mechanism. Set the dial to your prescribed volume, attach a sterile needle, clean the injection site with an alcohol pad, insert at a slight angle, and press the button until the dial reaches zero. Hold in place for 5 seconds to ensure complete delivery. Always recap the pen after use and dispose of needles in a sharps container.

Tesamorelin is a cumulative protocol, and setting the right expectation matters. The standard course runs 4 to 8 weeks of consistent twice weekly dosing. Improvements in energy, recovery, and sleep quality are often the earliest changes noticed. Body composition change builds gradually across the full course.

Track your progress with waist circumference rather than scale weight. Because tesamorelin mobilizes visceral fat while helping preserve lean mass, meaningful body composition change can occur with very little movement on the scale.

Tesamorelin is generally well tolerated. Mild side effects may include temporary redness or irritation at the injection site, mild headache, and rarely swelling or tingling in the hands or feet or mild nausea.
