Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping. Delivery within 3-7 business days.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $89. Delivery within 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: $19.99. Delivery within 1-3 business days.

Injectable Products — Cold-Chain Shipping

All injectable products are shipped with CryoBuffer™ cold-chain stabilization technology to maintain molecular integrity during transit. Injectable orders ship Monday through Wednesday only to ensure products do not sit in transit over weekends. If you place an injectable order on Thursday through Sunday, it will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at seinfeldmd.com. Orders are fulfilled through ShipStation and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the products ordered.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. SeinfeldMD is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@seinfeldmd.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
