Epithalon is an evening injection, typically 1 to 2 hours before bed, on the schedule your provider sets. DSIP Nasal Spray is typically used 30 minutes before bed as part of a calm, dim wind-down routine.
DSIP and Epithalon are designed to support the body's natural sleep processes rather than forcefully sedating the brain. Many people report better morning alertness as a result of deeper sleep, and morning grogginess is uncommon.
DSIP and Epithalon are not associated with the dependency, tolerance, or withdrawal effects commonly seen with benzodiazepines, Z-drugs, or other conventional sedative-hypnotic medications.
Many patients use the stack alongside low-dose melatonin, and since Epithalon supports natural melatonin production, supplemental melatonin may become less necessary over time. Always discuss current sleep medications with your provider, and do not stop any medication without their guidance.
