Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@lavimd.store. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lavimd.store with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Peptide nasal sprays
- Injectable preparations
- Supplements that have been opened or had their safety seals broken
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged or defective product, please see the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section below. For all other situations, eligible unopened products may be returned for a refund in accordance with this policy, and you may place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lavimd.store and provide photographs of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable except when the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment.
Injectable Product Refunds
Injectable products require physician review and clearance prior to fulfillment. If your injectable order is not approved by a reviewing physician, you will receive a full refund automatically. No return is necessary.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@lavimd.store. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply. Products already shipped are not eligible for refund under the subscription cancellation policy.
