Return & Refund Policy
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@seinfeldmd.com. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (supplements, peptide nasal sprays, and injectable preparations), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@seinfeldmd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Injectable Product Refunds
Injectable products require physician review and clearance prior to fulfillment. If your injectable order is not approved by a reviewing physician, you will receive a full refund automatically. No return is necessary.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@seinfeldmd.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@seinfeldmd.com. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply. Products already shipped are not eligible for refund under the subscription cancellation policy.
