Grass-fed beef tallow is rich in the same fatty acids found in healthy skin, which is why it absorbs cleanly rather than sitting on top or leaving a greasy film. It carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K naturally, and pairs beautifully with the hyaluronic acid in this formula, oil to seal, water-loving acid to hydrate.

A water-based lotion needs emulsifiers, thickeners, and preservatives to hold water and oil together. A tallow base needs far less of that, which is how this formula stays clean and free of fillers, parabens, and synthetic fragrance.

The scent comes entirely from organic orange, vanilla, and coconut extracts plus manuka honey, so it is a soft, warm, natural aroma rather than a perfumed one. There is no synthetic fragrance in the formula, which makes it a good fit for people who find fragranced creams overwhelming.

Face and body both. A little goes a long way. Scoop a small amount from the bottle, warm it between clean fingertips, and massage into skin until absorbed, once or twice daily. Many people use it morning and night on the face, and as needed on dry areas like elbows, hands, and heels.

Keep it at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. Tallow is a natural fat, so in a hot room the balm may soften and in a cold one it may firm up. Both are normal and do not affect performance. If it melts, simply let it re-set at room temperature. Close the lid after each use.
